What is Inositol
Inositol hexanicotinate (IHN) is inositol that has been esterified with niacin on all six of inositol’s alcohol groups. IHN is usually sold as “flush-free” or “no-flush” niacin. Inositol hexanicotinate increases the blood flow and widening.
